The 6-Week Wellness & Goal Achieving Coaching Program Everything is connected - your sleep to your stress, your stress to your movement, your movement to your pain, your pain to your mindset. Most healthcare treats these in isolation. This program doesn't. I'm Dr. Regan Cilek, Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified in Applied Functional Science, trained in Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief. My specialty is finding the root cause - tracing your history, your patterns, and your goals into one cohesive plan built entirely around you. Six weeks. Six areas. One system. Mindset — beliefs and patterns that drive every physical outcome Fitness — movement built around your body's actual mechanics, not a template Nutrition — sustainable habits, no tracking, no diet culture Sleep — the most underestimated recovery tool you have Stress — your nervous system affects everything; we address it directly Social Life — connection and boundaries are health variables too Week 1 — Full assessment across all six areas. Your real baseline. Weeks 2–3 — Your assessment becomes a personalized plan. Weeks 4–5 — We go deeper, address obstacles, refine what's working. Week 6 — Re-assess, celebrate progress, build your 90-day forward plan. Every piece of knowledge I have is yours. The goal was never dependency - it's giving you the tools to help yourself long after we're done.
