My name is Regan Cilek, and I'm an expert Doctor of Physical Therapy who is certified in Applied Functional Science and trained in Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief. I graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and have since helped hundreds of people reconnect with the "why" that motivates them and achieve their best potential.

My specialty is predictive movement analysis and prescriptive program planning. I am skilled in looking at your movement patterns, physical imbalances, lifestyle, and tying that together with the history of you to find the best path forward. Everything I offer is customized to you as an individual - your past, your present, and your future. I tailor programs that fit your unique goals - whether that's achieving a new PR at the gym, climbing your biggest mountain yet, tackling your desk job without pain, or playing with your grandchildren. ​

I currently oversee the market operations of multidisciplinary therapy services, helping clinicians and various staff members stay connected to their "why" and optimizing high-quality client care. Although my career has moved me away from direct client care, my heart has drawn me back to wanting to solve solutions and help people achieve their highest selves - which is what brought Realigned by Regan to life.

Physical Therapy Clinical Team Lead & Client Success Manager
I spent most of my PT career in an outpatient multidisciplinary setting, focusing on holistic health & wellness, and soon promoted to the clinical team lead, training physical therapists to be experts at what they do. I began to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine, tailoring treatment programs to the individual and their needs. I worked within the full scope of my practice, intertwining mindfulness, sleep health, nutrition, and helping change lifestyle habits for better health.

I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from one of the highest-ranks Physical Therapy programs in the United States. During my time here, I worked with a wide range of populations from pediatrics to older adults primarily within the orthopedic, sports, and neuro fields.
