This evaluation will test your movement and body imbalances, combined with an evaluation of functional movement, range of motion, strength, endurance, and coordination. You will receive an understanding of the root cause of your pain points, what's holding you back, and prescribed movements and a customized plan to alleviate your pain and get you on the right path forward.
